First off, my skin type is oily/sensitive/combination. I have tried various foundations from drug stores and department stores - Cover Girl, Laura Mercier, Nars, Clinique and Bare Minerals to name a few.

This is BY FAR THE BEST FOUNDATION I have ever used! I have yet to break out from this and I use it quite often (though I don't wear foundation on a daily bases - some days I just use concealer). It seems like it absorbs the oil on my face as well. I use the colour 125 - I got colour matched at Sephora and it blends into my skin very nicely. If I set this with the translucent powder, it lasts a good 6-7 hours without my face getting oily - at this point, I use face blotting sheets and re-powder (if I have a compact with me). If I use a base under it last 7 hours or more (in the winter and fall - around 5-6 in HOT weather).
**I should also add, the main reason I love this foundation is because it is very light-weight and it doesn't cake on. It has medium coverage (for my redness and some acne scars) but it is very buildable.
To apply this, I use my EcoTools foundation brush or a sponge or my fingers (if I use it as concealer). For the powder, I use the MUFE powder/kabuki brush - which is SO soft and dense, I love it.

Best combo I have ever used and it looks great in pictures too. Though I am still on the hunt for a better "summer foundation" or tinted moisturizer. While this is great for warm nights, I don't recommend heading out to the beach or humid weather with this foundation. It goes on matte but a shine would definitely come through with excess humidity.

I bought these products at Sephora. The powder now comes in a mini size for those who want something smaller and easier to put in their purses.
