I picked up these 4 mini Stila Smude Pots at UO. I think these are perfect because I was able to try out 4 different colours for the price of 2 - not to mention they are lasting me FOREVER.
First of all, these are cream eyeliners. They came in 4 colours, kitten (shimmery champagne), black, Starry night (a slate gray with purple and gold shimmer) and violet. So far, I've had these for about 4 months and I've barely made a dent in them. I use the black and gray as an eyeliner and usually use the puple as an accent and the champagne as an eyeshadow or highlight colour. Have I mentioned that though they are very pigmented, they also smudge out and blend nicely. They are not waterproof but do last for a fairly long time - I need makeup remover to get this all off if I smudge it into my lash line.

I have very oily eyelids by the end of the day - so if I use this as an eyeshadow, it still requires a base - or it will crease or smudge. I would image it would work fine without if you didn't have oily eyelids though. Though I would still recommend a primer of some sort to avoid creasing - I don't think these are meant to be used as eyeshadow colours. However, they work nicely as base colours for other shadows.
I would give these a 4/5 because I love that these work as both a eyeliner and shadow and how nice they look on. The colours are pigmented and the product lasts FOREVER. So far the best cream eyeliner I've used and by far my favourite.
Note: they came with a thick eyeliner brush which I use for application as an eyeshadow (before blending with my finger) but I use a thinner eyeliner brush that I bought separately otherwise.

- Violet is much darker in real life - looks more blue in picture...

unfortunately, they don't carry the Smudge pots anymore BUT sephora does (http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P62612) and so does stilacosmetics (http://www.stilacosmetics.com/product_detail.asp?PMID=77#back)
